Okay, I've been at this for over 27 years. I know what helps. I don't spend tons of time pounding on the doors of new companies... the ones I insure are happy and don't leave.

Help is available with:
  1. New hires- we get them enrolled
  2. Terminations- we get them off your bill
  3. Claim problems- we'll help get it paid
  4. Son or daughter too old to stay on as a dependent- we will find them a medical plan
  5. Employee or dependent turning 65- we can help them through the process. Should they leave the group medical plan? Stay?
